Fat drippings
2 cups milk
4 heaping forkfuls of corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fat drippings in saucepan, whip together milk and corn starch then whip into fat drippings. Stir constantly until it reaches the desired thickness. Salt & pepper to taste. If gravy thickens to much it can be thinned with milk.
