A pound of hamburger
two Italian hot sausage
1 egg
a box of uncle Ben's stuffing the vegetable one
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1/4 cup onion
2 Tbps barbecue sauce.
Montreal Steak Spice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together(don't over mix) except Montreal Steak Spice.

2. Sprinkle a little bit of Montreal steak spice on the top before it goes in the oven.

3. Baked at 350 until it is done about 1 hour.

You can also bake in muffin tins for individual servings. Will not take as long to cook.
