3 cups flour
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup non fat dry milk
2/3 cup instant mashed potatoes flakes
1.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter softened
1 egg
1 cup warmm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and knead until dough is smooth and shine. Add additional water a little at a time if dough is not smooth.

Allow dough to rise in a greased bowl until nearly doubled in size
Gently punch dough down and place into a lightly greased New England bun pan, stretching the dough into the corners.

Placed a greased baking sheet on top of the pan and weigh it down. Allow the dough rise until it comes within 1/2 inch below the pan rim.

Preheat oven to 375

With the cove still on and weighed down, bake 18 minutes . Remove the cover and bake an additional 5 minutes or until buns are golden brown.

Allow to cool in pan and turn out onto cutting board. With rounded side uo slice bun almost to bottom
