5 pounds potatoes
2 cups sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash, peel and cook potatoes until soft. Drain.
2. Combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese and butter/margarine. Beat until smooth.
3. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
4. Bake at 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.*

* THESE MAY BE MADE SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE BAKING. COVER CASSEROLE AND REFRIGERATE. REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR APPROXIMATELY 30-60 MINUTES PRIOR TO BAKING. THE DEPTH OF THE CASSEROLE DISH MAY CAUSE A VARIANCE IN THE BAKING TIME.
