2 large +1 med. Eggplant

cut in length (thin)- dip in oil and cornflake crumbs and bake till crispy- 45 min

Sauté :
3 onions
6 Garlic cubes
(Mushrooms)
6 squash/celery
3 red pepper

Dice all veggies in small cubes

2 lbs chop meat combine with egg, tomato sauce (ketchup),and bread crumbs
layer eggplant, veggies, meat and fold! Tomatoe sauce on top and bake. Bakes 1 ˝ -2 hours.
