Dip schnitzel in eggs and cornflake crumbs and fry
1 cup ketchup
1 cup mayo
1 cup honey
1 cup apricot jam
1 cup sesame seeds (1/2 cup)
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
dip schnitzel in sauce
cover and bake 30 min. at 350
uncover- sprinkle sesame seeds and bake 5 more min uncovered
