Ingredients:
2 to 3 10 oz. cans Frito Bean Dip
2 avocados, mashed and whipped
1 can black chopped ripe olives
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 large tomato, diced
1 8-oz. pkg sour cream - use this to cover and seal the prior ingredients
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Use a 8" x 9" or a 12" round deep dish. Lightly brush with Olive oil to provide easier removal of dip. Use a spatula to spread ingredients in the order listed.

First spread bean dip to cover entire dish
Next spread the whipped avocados
Then sprinkle on the black chopped olives - save about 1 tablespoon for decoration on the top
Now sprinkle on the chopped green onions
Then add the chopped tomato. Be sure to drain them well to avoid a watery dip.
Scoop out the sour cream to form a flat white finish and smooth on gently
Completely smother with Cheddar Cheese
Decorate with a few green onion tops, olives, and tomatoes.
Serve with Tortilla chips
