1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
sauté and add…
½ cup ketchup
15 oz tomato sauce
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vinegar
¼ cup water
boil 5-6 minutes
cook lasagna ( I never do)
layer lasagna  chop meat (eggs, bread-crumbs, oatmeal, spices)  sauce.
Add water ½ way up

400 degrees, 2 hours covered
2.5 lbs meat is perfect for 2 lasagne
