45 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
2 pkgs (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 cup milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream softened
1 12 oz.container Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Reserve 1 cup Oreos for topping. Mix Oreos and butter together, Press into oblong pan and bake at 350º. Beat pudding and milk together. When it begins to thicken, fold in vanilla ice cream. Mix well. Spread over crust and freeze. When hardened, spread Cool Whip over the top. Top with reserved cookies. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving. (You may also use 2 premade Oreo cookie crusts and top with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate curls, etc.)
