SMOKER ON AT 250
YOU CAN PU IN SMOKER OR LET SIT IN FRIDG OVER NIGHT
SMOKE WITH APPLE,CHERRY
3 HOURS
TAKE OUT WRAP IN FOIL
PUT BACK IN FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS TILL THEY FALL OFF BONE
