1 (12 oz) jar of salsa verde
3 cups cooked chicken pieces, shredded or chopped
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 chopped green onions
1/2 cup sour cream

Tortilla chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Empty salsa into large saucepan. Heat 2 minutes over high heat and then add chicken, beans, broth and cumin. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Top each bowl with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkling of onions and a few crushed tortilla strips.
