2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Heat oven to 325ºF, coat a baking sheet with vegetable spray or use pastry paper
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until glossy stiff peaks form, about 4 minutes
Add cooled chocolate, pecans and vanilla, mixing until incorporated
Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheet, 2 inches apart

Bake at 325ºF for 12 minutes, until set. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
