1 package Oreo cookies (can also use double stuffed Oreo cookies)
Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers (or your favorite chocolate)
wax paper
cookie trays

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place wax paper on cookie trays
2. Melt Dark Chocolate Wafers according to directions ( in microwave or double boiler)
3. Do not over cook/burn chocolate
4. If you are using a double boiler, boil water first, turn off heat, then place chocolate wafers in top of double boiler. This prevents the chocolate from burning. Stir chocolate until melted
5. Place Oreos in melted chocolate and completely cover with melted chocolate.
6. Use a fork to turn cookie over in the chocolate
7. Using a fork, remove cookie from chocolate, and tap/shake excess chocolate off the cookie.
Place chocolate covered Oreo on cookie tray that has been lined with wax paper
8. Allow cookies to cool by placing then in a cool area.
9. You may have to trim excess chocolate off the cookie (use a sharp knife).
10. Store in air tight container until serving
