1½ cups water
2¼ teaspoons instant yeast
½ cup melted butter, cooled to room temperature
3 cups self-rising flour
⅓ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine 1½ cups water with yeast and butter. Stir in flour and sugar and mix well. Pour batter into a greased muffin pan.

2. Bake muffins until golden and browning at the edges, about 20 minutes. Serve muffins warm with butter.
