1 large onion chopped
1 large can of Bushes Original Baked Beans
1 t. mustard
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
5 bacon strips cut in half
olive oil
Pam/ Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute large chopped onion in sauce pan
2. When soft and transparent, add mustard, brown sugar, catsup to saute onions.
3. Cook all together for about 5 min. over low/medium flame
4. Spray 8/9 in. pie plate with Pam or Butter
5. Pour bean mixture into pie plate
6. Top with strips of bacon
7. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour. After 30 min. turn bacon over so both sides are crispy.
8. You might have to cook it a little more so bacon is crispy.
