1 CUP ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND
8 OZ CRAB
8 OZ LOBSTER

MIX CRAB,LOBSTER,EGGS,HELLMANN'S AND BREAD CRUMBS.
ADD MORE CRUMBS IF TOO WET . IF DRY ADD EGG
MIX WELL SHOULD HOLD TOGETHER
SPOON IN MUSHROOMS
WITH THE LEFT OVERS I MAKE PATTIES
COOK MUSHROOMS FOR 20 MINS AT 350
PUT CHEESE ON COOK 15 TO 20 MINS DON'T BURN
PATTIES I COOK ON COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER 15 TO 20 MIN PER SIDE
