1 large can salmon (14 oz/418g)
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1.5 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1/4 cup minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mash salmon roughly in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix.
Bake in a buttered loaf pan or casserole dish at 350º for approximately 40 minutes, depending on the shape of the dish you are using.

Serve with:
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
