1 Pound pasta cavatappi (Rotini)
2 pints grape tomatoes
2 gloves garlic, grated
A few drizzles of extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
20 leaves fresh basil, roughly chopped or torn
1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425º

Cook Pasta until al dente (salted water),
Save about a ½ cup of pasta water

Place tomatoes on cookie sheet and grate garlic over them
Drizzle with EVOO, add salt and pepper

Roast about 8-10 min or until tomatoes burst
Transfer to large bowl

add reserved pasta water and lightly smash with a fork
Add basil, drained pasta, and cheese, toss & serve
