1 Large head Napa Cabbage Chopped
8-10 green onions
1/2 cup butter
2 packages Roman noodles do not use season packs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 cups pecans chopped

Dressing
3/4 cups vegetable oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce (light)
1 1/4 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage , onions, and a dash of salt and pepper and set aside.

Melt butter in fry pan sauté noodles, sesame seeds and nuts until lightly golden brown, let cool. Add to Cabbage mixture, mix well.

Make dressing mix well.
Add to cabbage, noodle and nut mixture toss well and serve.
