3/4 pound boneless top sirloin cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup reduced- sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium carrots -cut into 1 inch pieces
4 green onions cut into 4 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in zip lock bag with soy sauce, water, honey, oil, ginger, allspice, red pepper, garlic seal and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Meanwhile place 1 inch of water in sauce pan bring to a boil add carrots cover and cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Prepare gill for cooking
Drain meat and alternately thread meat and carrots on skewers and green onions on ends of skewers.
Grill 11-14 minutes or until meat is tender turning once
