¼ c. soft butter or margarine
2 TBSP. Parsley Flakes
1 tsp. Crushed, dry basil
1- 8 oz. Pkg., Cream Cheese
Dash Pepper
2/3 c. boiling water
8 oz. Fettuccine Noodles
1 clove Garlic, chopped or pressed
¼ c. butter or margarine
¾ c. shredded or grated Romano Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the soft butter, Parsley and Basil.
Blend in the cream cheese and pepper.
Stir in the boiling water and blend well,
set aside and keep warm.

Cook Noodles and drain.

Cook the other ¼ cup of butter and the garlic on medium heat for two minutes.
Pour over noodles.
Toss slightly and quickly to coat well.
Sprinkle with ½ a cup of the cheese.
Toss well.
Pile noodles on serving plate.
Spoon warm cream cheese sauce over noodles.
Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup of cheese and toss to blend.
