1 Tablespoon oil
1 ¼ lbs. Boneless chicken breast , cooked and chopped
2 cups frozen corn
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup water
1 (1.25 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 (8oz) cans crescent dinner rolls

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

Unroll both cans of dough, separate into 16 triangles.
Arrange on sprayed cookie sheet, with short end toward center overlapping into a wreath shape. Leave about a 5 inch round opening in center.
Lightly press together as you go around.

Spoon chicken mixture onto widest part of dough,
Pull pointed ends over mixture and tuck under to form a ring. (some filling will be visible)

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown,

Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and olives in center
and a side of sour cream and salsa.
