1/3 C apple cider vinegar
2-3 rounded T sugar (to taste)
1 T olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

4 C cabbage
1 C carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients in mason jar by shaking... let sit 5 min, shake again until sugar is dissolved.
ADD: poppy seed, fresh chopped dill, to taste.

In food processor shred cabbage and carrots (approximately) 4 C cabbage and 1 C carrots or cut to your liking.

Mix both in large bowl and add vinegar mixture to that. Can be marinated for later use or served immediately...
