1 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Add Eggs. In separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to cream mixture. Roll into 1" balls, flatten with fork (dip fork in flour to prevent sticking), criss-cross. Bake at 375ºF for 10-12 minutes.
