2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 jar (7 1/2 oz) Jr carrots
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 (3 oz) cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, carrots, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and 3 teaspoons vanilla, beat for 2 minutes.

Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes at 350ºF, cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.

Combine 1 teaspoon vanilla, cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, butter, frost cake and enjoy!
