2 cans (14.5 oz) Chicken Broth
1 can (14.5 oz) Beef Broth
1 pound bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1/2 to 1 cup macaroni
1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 (18 oz) bag frozen meatballs
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour chicken and beef broth into 4 1/2 quart soup pot and begin heating on high. Add frozen vegetables, meatballs, tomatoes and macaroni. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Rinse and drain kidney beans. When Soup comes to a boil, uncover and stir well. Add kidney beans, italian seasoning and reduce heat to medium. Cook 6-7 minutes. Serve garnished with cheese.
