Ingredients:  
1 box 6 oz chicken flavored stuffing mix (dry)
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 cups chopped zucchini (saute zucchini in 2 TB butter)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie can be used)
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1./ cup sour cream
1 medium carrot shredded
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine the dry stuffing mix and melted butter.
Spread 1/2 of it in a 13x9x2 baking dish
Top with zucchini and chicken

Mix the soup, sour cream and carrot together.
Pour over chicken.
Top with remaining stuffing mixture

Bake 350º uncovered 40-45 minutes
