1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cans (21 oz. each) cherry pie filling

*******Glaze********
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 -1/2 tsp almond extract
2-3 TBS milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
Add extracts, and gradually mix in flour.

Spread 3 cups of batter into a greased 15x10x1 pan.
Spread with pie filling.
Drop remaining batter by teaspoons over filling.
Bake 30-35 minutes until light golden brown. Cook completely
on wire rack.

Mix glaze and drizzle over, then cut and serve
