2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 pomegranate seeds
1 jalapeno

1. Rinse the jalapeno, remove the stem.
2. Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!

This recipe can be adapted in countless ways. The mustard, vinegar, honey and olive oil can be used as a base for many dressings. This base can be blended with a whisk if a blender is not available. Various spices and other ingredients can be added. Juice, garlic, curry, avocado, cheese, lemons, strawberries, chia seeds, and basil are a few ingredients that can be added to this recipe.
