Tomatillos 5-6
Jalapenos 5-6
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Cilantro leaves 1 bunch
Avocados 3 large
Lime 1

To Taste:
Salt
Dried oregano
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dry roast the tomatillos, jalapenos, and garlic in a pan.
2. Allow them to cool and then blend them together.
3. Add cilantro and blend.
4. Add avocados and blend.
5. Take the mix out in a bowl and add salt, dried oregano, lime juice and black pepper.
6. Store in a glass container (if possible) in fridge
