5-7 lb whole chicken
1 1/2 gallons of water
2 Table spoons salt
3 cups of chopped carrots
2 cups of chopped celery
1 large chopped onion
1 table spoon chicken broth powder
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 package of soup noodles or egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in large stock or soup pot. add 1 1/2 gallons of water and 2 tablespoon of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover and let cook for 3 hours or until chicken starts to fall off the bone. Separate chicken from stock and set aside and de-bone chiken. Chop carrots, celery and onions and add to chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add 1 Tablespoon of chicken broth powder, 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 1 hour. Add chicken and soup noodles then cook for 12 to 15 minutes
