1 cup corn flake crumbs
1+2 TB seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1 TB dried seasoning of your choice (we like Mrs. Dash seasoning blend)
4 bone in skin on chicken breast
1 can evaporated milk
2 TB melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breasts in zip lock bag, pour evaporated milk over chicken, seal bag
Please in refrigerator at least 12-24 hours before using chicken.

Drain chicken and milk in strainer, drain well.

Mix corn flake crumbs and seasoning

Roll chicken in seasoned crumbs

Place chicken, skin side up on no stick foil lined baking sheet

Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken

Bake 350º for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes until juices run clear (depends on how big the breast are)
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving

You can use any type of chicken pieces cut up.
Baking times will need to be adjusted for smaller pieces of chicken.
