10 pieces of Chicken
2 cps Butter Milk
4 Eggs
2 cps All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Paprika
4 tsp Black Pepper
2tsp Salt
4 tsp Onion Powder
2 pts Vegetable Oil


Directions:
Directions:
1. Put Flour Black Pepper Salt Paprika Onion Powder in freezer bag and shake
2. Pour Butter Milk in a bowl and Eggs in another (mix Eggs well)
3. Dip Chicken in Butter Milk then in Egg mix then back in Butter Milk then in Flour
4. Set Chicken to the side until paste like
5. Heat oil to very hot
6. Place Chicken in Oil and brown both sides
7. When brown turn heat to medium and cover skillet
8. Cook about 30 minutes
9. Remove cover and raise heat again
10. Continue to fry until crispy
11. When done place on paper toweled covered dish
