1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. almonds, peanuts, pecans or walnuts
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with water in a bowl until frothy. Stir in nuts. Mix remaining dry ingredients in another bowl and add to nuts. Mix well to cover nuts. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 225º for 1 hour. Stir a few times. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
