2 lb Ground Beef
1 c Breed Crumbs
1 Egg Beaten
1 c Milk
1/2 c BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
4 Medium to Large Sweet Yellow Onions
1 Pkg Bacon
Additional BBQ Sauces for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Ground Beef, Crumbs, Egg, Milk,1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce, Onion, Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder.
Mix together with hands until combined.

Cut Top and Bottom of onion off. Peel off outer skin layer. Cut form top to bottom to the center of onion and peel off layers of onion making ring layers. Use the larger layers for stuffing meat mixture into the onion pod layer making a seal around a large meatball.

Wrap Bomb with 3 slices of Bacon and secure with long toothpick

Bake in dish with sides (to catch grease) at 425º for approx 40 minutes or internal temp is 165º
If Grilling use med-low heat, turning so all sides are grilled and internal temp is 165º
