Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 (8oz) halibut filllets
kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 T unsalted butter, melted
1 T fresh lime juice
2 handfuls corn chips
3/4 C medium salsa (premium quality)
3 T sour cream
2 T fresh cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the halibut on the prepared baking sheet. Season both sides of the fillets with kosher salt to taste and the cumin. Combine the butter and lime juice in a small bowl and drizzle over the fillets.
Put the corn chips in a sealable plastic bag and crush into small pieces using the palm of your hand (you should have about 1/4 C) Top each fillet with a thick layer of the crumbs. Cover loosely with aluminum foil to prevent excess browning. Bake until the fish is opaque in the center, about 20 min, removing the foil after about 10 min.
Whisk together the salsa and sour cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until just warmed through, 2 to 3 minutes.
Place the halibut fillets on individual plates, top with the creamy salsa, and garnish with the cilantro leaves.
