1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 t. salt
2 cans (4 oz size) shredded coconut
1 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and generously grease large cookie sheet. In top of double boiler, combine condensed mild chocolate and salt. Cook over boiling water, stirring frequently, until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add coconut and vanilla. Mix well. Drop in rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake 10 -12 minutes or until cookies are set. Transfer at once to wire rack to cool.
