poultry seasoning
cubed bread
giblets
salt & pepper
6 eggs
2 c raisins
onion
2 lbs sausage
water from giblets
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery coup

Directions:

Per Grandma:

I put poultry season on the bread. Cook giblets, heart & liver if you got them.
Salt Sprinkle on
Pepper Sprinkle on
6 eggs
Raisins 2 c
Onion 1 big onion
Sausage 2 lbs the water from giblets
Cream of mushroom soup 2 cans
Cream of celery soup 2 cans
Enough water to make it almost soupy

Note from Ruth Ann:
I use about 1 1/2 loaves of bread. I also brown the sausage. If you have picky sons-in-laws (like I do) it can be made without raisins.

Bake at least an hour.
