Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 oz. Broccoli Florets
10 oz. Cauliflower Florets
3 medium carrots
1 red (or green) bell pepper
6 cloves of peeled fresh garlic
1 Tbs. Butter

Note: The amount of any of the vegetables is totally your choice. The most important part of this recipe is the cooking procedure

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel the carrots and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
2. Cut the pepper into 1 inch squares
3. In a large non-stick fry pan, melt the butter over a medium flame
4. Add the garlic cloves
5. Add all the vegetables
6. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender. The moisture in the vegetables will create the steam to cook them in. Should there not be enough steam to complete the process without the vegetables scorching then add a quarter cup of water as needed. (I personally like it when some of the vegetables brown up a little, but that's up to you)

Inn the 80's I saw a demo of this dish at a local supermarket in Bedford, Ohio and I loved the sample that I got. I have been making it ever since!
