16 chicken tenders
1/2 cup reduced- sodium soy sauce
Peanut sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion , chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large zip lock bag marinate chicken in soy sauce for 45 minutes.

Heat oil over medium, add onions, garlic, cook 5 minutes add ginger,
Add peanut butter, water, ketchup, salt and pepper stir to blend.
Reduce to low cook until peanut sauce is heated though.

Spray grill with non stick cooking spray and heat to medium- high .
Thread chicken onto wooden skewers, grill for about 5-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. serve with peanut sauce.
