2 Cups of cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded (1 cup)
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon of dill
¼ teaspoon salt
2 packages of crescent rolls (8oz each)
1 egg white slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 375º

In a bowl add cooked chicken, broccoli, pepper, garlic and toss.
Add cheese, mayonnaise, dill, and salt mix well.
Spray cookie sheet.
Unroll 1 package of crescents do not separate place long ways on rectangle baking sheet do the same with other package (so you have one big rectangle) press lightly to seal the perforations.
On the long side of the rectangle cut dough into strips 1 ½ inches apart, 3 inches deep. (there will be 6 inches in the center for the filling)
Spread the filling over the middle of the dough
To braid lift strips of dough across mixture to meet in center, twisting each strip one turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Tuck ends up to seal at end of braid.
Brush egg white over dough back 25-28 minutes or until golden brown.
