½ c. Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Sleeve Buttery Rectangular Crackers-Recommend Waverly Crackers
1 Pound Bacon-Cut in Half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º
Place a broiler rack on a baking sheet.
Arrange crackers on rack.
Top each cracker with 1 tsp. Cheese,
Wrap tightly with 1 piece of bacon.
Bake 2 hours on 250 until bacon is done.
Do not turn.
Place crackers on paper towel to drain excess grease.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
