12 Oz. Contadina Tomato Paste
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Juice of 1 pepperoncini

optional: ½ tsp. crushed red pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Use generously.

My brother loved to eat and so he loved to cook. He worked at a few area restaurants to put himself through college; one of which was the Four Seasons Restaurant on Maple Rd. His work inspired his love of all things food. To challenge the Buffalo pizza craze, he came up with his own sauce recipe. I have his original hand written copy. So precious to me.
