1 can refried beans
1 can black beans (drained)
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans corn, undrained
2 cans chicken, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can green chile peppers
1 jar chunky salsa ( mild, medium or hot to your taste)
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups finely chopped carrots
1 large onion, diced
garlic, chopped fine (as much as you like)
parsley

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
2. Cook on high temperature for 6 or more hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and nachos.
Delicious!
