1 14 ounce can artichokes
One pinch of red pepper chili flakes
8 ounces frozen spinach
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
One bag frozen bread rolls
3 tablespoons butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray or melted butter. I use my pampered chef round baking pan. Arrange the frozen bread rolls on the outside of the skillet or P and you are using. Brush with melted butter and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise according to instructions on package. In the meantime stir together artichokes, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Heat through until warm and cheeses are melted. This should take about 3 to 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour the dip in the middle of the pan and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until rules are golden brown and dip is bubbly.
