¼ c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can peeled green chilies
½ c. drained pimiento stuffed olives
1 c. sour cream
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place mayonnaise, chilies and olives in small blender container or food processor. Whirl on medium speed until blended. Spoon sour cream into a small bowl and stir in mayonnaise mixture, salt and chili powder. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer before serving.

Plain Greek Yogurt can be used to replace sour cream if desired, but I think it tastes better with sour cream. I found this recipe in a 1979 Family Circle magazine in my doctors waiting room. I found out that visit I was pregnant with Will. Oh happy day!
