1 15 ounce package pie crust dough
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
36 grape tomatoes
8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup fresh basil, torn

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place Flexipan® Boat Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.

2. Gently roll out pie crust onto Roul'Pat® using Beechwood Rolling Pin. With Oval Dough Cutter cut 24 shapes. Using Shaper, press dough into wells and set aside.

3. In Saute Pan, cook onion and garlic in butter until soft. Divide onion mixture among tartlet shells. Cut each grape tomato in half and place two halves in each shell.

4. Distribute goat cheese and basil evenly among tartlets and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
