3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour milk
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 pound raisins
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar together
2. Add butter milk and soda to egg mixture
3. Coat the raisins with a little flour mixture
4. Add flour and spices to the egg mixture
5. Fold in raisins
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375º or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean
