4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 cup whole milk
2 bananas
1 baked pie crust

Meringue
2 egg whites
1/4 creme of tartar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and salt Whisk in milk and egg yolks. Cook on medium heat until it starts to boil and cookfor three to five minutes until thick and coats the back of the spoon. Slice bananas into prebaked shell while pudding cools. pour the pudding over bananas.

Beat egg whites,salt & creme of tartar until foamy Slowly add the sugar while beating until the white peak. Cover pie with the meringue and bake at 400º for 8-10 min,or until peaks are golden brown.
