5. Layer of bacon bits
6. Layer of Cheddar/Monterey Jack mixed cheese (shredded)

Since the day Mary Collins (Rachel’s sister) came to our house and made this, we have kept this recipe around for the last 30 years. Her part of the meal was to bring the salad. Not only did that salad contain a meal of its own, it was the best part of the whole meal. Wonderful!!
